3 Month Online Running Program + Running Form Screening

Do you want to start a running program but you want to make sure you are doing it safely? Maybe you’ve been struggling with some part of your current running program or you are complete new to running and you want just a little bit guidance. The Running Form screen + training session would be a perfect for you. It gives you time to come ask question and move through functional movement getting tips on how to correct your form.  

  • A complete day by day running training program. 
  • Videos of each exercise complete with modification that can decrease the exercise difficulty or increase the exercise difficulty
  • Plans to safely progress running duration 
  • Private FB group to help keep you motivated and ask questions. 
  • Running Form Screening: 20 minute movement assessment. We will spend time looking at how you move through a few specific motions and watching you run. Then with this information we will help you
  • 45 Minutes training session on all exercises in program. No matter who you are it is very hard to be sure you are doing the exercises correct when you are learning them from a video, especially for the first time. This 45 minute session will help take the guess work out of your workout.

3 Month Online Running Program + Continued Personalized Session

Would you like to run but you’ve been told not to run? Have you been dealing with an injury for years that has stopped you from running the way you want? With a full 1 hour full body evaluation we can get the information needed to create a specialized running program for you.  (Continued session available as needed to help you achieve your running goals.)

  • A complete day by day running training program. 
  • Videos of each exercise complete with modification that can decrease the exercise difficulty or increase the exercise difficulty
  • Plans to safely progress running duration 
  • Private FB group to help keep you motivated and ask questions. 
  • 1 Hour Evaluation: Depending on your old injuries or health history it can be hard to run the way you want without worrying you’ll hurt yourself. A complete full body assessment to help create a personalized running program for you.  We will listen to your history, watch you move, feel how your joints move all to create your personalized running program.
