#4 VIDEO ON HOW TO SUCCESSFULLY START AN EXERCISE PROGRAM.

Here it is the final strategy for how to successfully start an exercise program. Many people try to start a program only have difficulty getting the program off the ground or keeping it going once they get it started. I suggest trying to make exercise part of your life style.

I have seen the looks of horror when I suggest making exercise part of your life style.  I would never suggest a complete overhaul of your current life style.

I would suggest making one small change.

Then when that change is not hard to keep up with make another small change. How do you pick what to change? Try picking a change that gets you closer to your goals. Do you need to find time to workout during the week? Try making all your weekly lunches over the weekend to help free that time to workout daily.

Do you need someone to workout with? try a fitness class or look up a meet up group online that gets together to activities that sound interesting to you.

If you make small changes slowly overtime they don't seem as overwhelming. Make sure you checkout my other 3 strategies for how to successfully start an exercise program.
